But business travel fitness is not just about workout regimes. Here are some tips to stay healthy while traveling:
- Don’t eat the food just because it’s there
- Instead of working out, take yourself out on a walk around town
- Walk to your meeting location if it’s not too far
- Keep well-hydrated and avoid late nights if you can
- Climb stairs where available
