Ed Ellsasser is a Board Member for the Westshore Alliance and is chairing a new committee for the Alliance called Explore Westshore.  Explore Westshore is a year-long program which looks at the Economic Drivers in the district including; sports, education, hospitality, the airport, and others. Recently, the group had a great visit to the MacDonald Training Center as part of Non-Profit Day.  The MacDonald Training Center is doing wonderful things by providing education and vocational support to people with disabilities. There are so many impactful non-profits based right here in the district! Upcoming events include education and retail by exploring Hillsborough Community College, and Westshore Mall.
