Acquisition continues the strategic expansion of PrimeGroup Insurance in Florida.

PrimeGroup Insurance (PGI), a leading commercial insurance, personal insurance and employee benefits agency, announced that it has acquired the assets of Hunter Insurance Agency located in Central Florida. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Hunter Insurance will become part of PGI operations. The acquisition will be the third for PGI in the past eight months and the fifth in total, to date.

Hunter Insurance is an independent full service personal lines agency that has been serving Central Florida’s insurance needs since 1967.
