Frequently Asked Questions
Members create a unique username during the initial Employee Navigator login process.
New Users
To create a username, click “New User Registration” from the Employee Navigator Login Page.
1. You will need to provide the following information:

- Full Name
- Company Identifier - This is provided on your annual benefit handout or directly by your Human Resources Coordinator.
- PIN – The last 4 digits of your social security number
- Date of Birth
2. After you provide your information, you will be prompted to create a username and password.
3. You should now be able to view and manage your benefits on Employee Navigator.
Returning Users
- If you have logged in previously, but do not remember your username or password, please email us at benefits@primegroupins.com for assistance.
